1. DELIVERY & RETURNS; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
1.1. Delivery; Returns
(a) E-Atelier Products & Delivery Services
Products purchased through the ROCKNEST E-Atelier or any direct sales channels will be shipped via third-party carriers or our authorized Delivery Services providers to the shipping address provided with your Order.
Title and risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the Products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier or Delivery Service provider.
Except as expressly stated in our Return Policy, all Products and Delivery Service fees are non-returnable and non-refundable.
(b) Shipment & Delivery Timelines
All shipment, delivery, and production timelines provided are estimates only. ROCKNEST shall not be liable for any delay in shipment, delivery, manufacture, or production of any Products beyond the estimated timelines.
1.2. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the receipt, possession, and use of the Products and Delivery Services.
By placing an Order, you confirm that the Products and Delivery Services will be used lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. DELIVERY SERVICES
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any decisions regarding the Delivery Services.
- Presence Required: You or an adult (18 years or older) authorized by you must be present throughout the Delivery Services. This individual must inspect the delivery and sign all applicable forms or documents.
- Inspection and Authorization: If you are not present, the designated adult must be authorized by you to inspect and accept the Delivery Services on your behalf.
- Designated Location: You are responsible for specifying the location for assembly, installation, or any other work associated with the Delivery Services.
- Permits and Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, or variances related to the Delivery Services.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with the use, location, relocation, or removal of the Products. You must follow all safety instructions and warnings related to the Products and ensure that anyone using the Products does the same.

For a custom quote please provide desired dimensions, stone preference, shape and style in your enquiry. Please take note all custom or pre-order items have a 10-14 week lead time until the item is ready for delivery from our warehouse to its final destination.

It is important to note that form rocknest stone pieces are crafted using natural stone by human hands. All stone has variations, much like a fingerprint, each piece is uniquely its own. Please use the images as a guide only. Handcrafting a natural material may come with slight imperfections, this is the beauty of craftsmanship.
